Seed Import & Export Services
Seed import and export coordination for commercial buyers, breeders, distributors and government programmes. We structure documentation requirements and coordinate freight, customs and destination-country compliance with the selected exporter and licensed brokers; certificates and approvals are issued by the authorised supplier, carrier or authority.
Do you handle both import and export?
Yes. We coordinate outbound documentation from origin breeders and inbound compliance at destination — a single point of contact for the buyer. Air freight door-to-door is usually 2–4 weeks including phytosanitary clearance. Sea freight for larger commodity seed lots is 4–8 weeks.
Documentation
Phytosanitary certificate (IPPC ISPM), certificate of origin, ISTA orange international seed analysis, OECD varietal certificates where required, commercial invoice, packing list and any import permits or SPS documents required by the destination NPPO.
Freight
Air, sea and temperature-controlled freight coordinated through forwarders experienced with seed cargo. Cold-chain handling for sensitive vegetable and biotechnology material. Consolidation across breeders where volumes allow.
Customs & compliance
HS classification, import permit management, destination-country compliance (NAQS, KEPHIS, NPPO, MAPA, DPV, RICA and more), duty and VAT advisory. We coordinate with the buyer's licensed broker at destination.
Origins we work with
Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Israel, Turkey, India, Thailand, China, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, US, Kenya, South Africa and more — matched to the destination market's regulatory access.
