Briefs for commercial agricultural projects start at USD 250K. After submission you receive a reference such as SM-K7BJKZ-2LS and your brief enters the SeedMatch pipeline.

Your brief moves through a human-led review and sourcing pipeline. The buyer-facing stages are: Brief received, Specialist review, Supplier search, Responses received, Proposal ready and Closed. You can track the current stage and any specialist note in your buyer dashboard.

SeedMatch specialists are human sourcing professionals with experience in commercial greenhouse, irrigation, fertigation, seed processing and agricultural infrastructure projects. They structure your requirements, research technology providers, validate technical and commercial fit, and coordinate introductions. A proprietary platform supports their work, but every brief is reviewed and advanced by a person.

How are suppliers selected for my project?

Suppliers are short-listed against your crop, climate, scale, budget, geography and any certification or service requirements. SeedMatch does not publish supplier identities on the public site, and buyers are only introduced after the brief has been reviewed and approved for introduction. All communication runs through SeedMatch Group.

How does SeedMatch compare quotes?

Where relevant independent suppliers respond, we normalize available quotes on the same technical and commercial basis — scope, deliverables, equipment, installation, shipping, commissioning, annual OPEX, warranties, support and total delivered-and-installed cost. The number and timing of responses are not guaranteed.

Can I upload project documents?

Yes. After submitting a brief you can upload site surveys, drawings, soil and water analyses, permits, budget sheets or any other relevant document from your buyer dashboard or from the brief detail page. Documents are stored in a private bucket and are only accessible to you and SeedMatch staff. Each upload notifies the specialist assigned to your project.

No. SeedMatch Group is a human-led commercial agriculture platform. We do not automatically connect buyers with suppliers. Every introduction is reviewed and coordinated manually after the project has been qualified and approved for introduction.

Submitting a brief and receiving an initial comparison is free. Specific sourcing, coordination and financing engagement terms are discussed once the project has been qualified. There is no obligation to proceed when you submit a brief.
