1. Ownership
The SeedMatchGroup Platform, including its software, source code, structure, look and feel, trademarks, service marks, logos, brand elements, images, illustrations, calculators, project templates, guides, methodologies, matching algorithms and databases, is owned by SeedMatchGroup, Global B2B Group or their licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade-secret, sui generis and other laws.
2. Trademarks
"SeedMatchGroup", "Global B2B Group", "ColdMatch Group", "Global Match Group" and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these marks without prior written permission is prohibited. Third-party trademarks displayed on the Platform (for example manufacturer names) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their display does not imply endorsement, partnership or authorisation.
3. Copyright
All Platform content, unless expressly marked otherwise, is © SeedMatchGroup / Global B2B Group. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to view Platform content for their own B2B sourcing, procurement and evaluation purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, republication, sale, sub-licensing, derivative work, framing, mirroring or systematic extraction is prohibited without prior written consent.
4. User & Supplier content
By submitting content to the Platform (listings, images, documents, project data), you represent that you own or have all necessary rights to submit it, and you grant SeedMatchGroup a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, display and communicate that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Plant Variety Rights (PVP / UPOV)
Suppliers must respect plant variety protection rights, breeders' rights and licensing conditions under UPOV, EU CPVR and national PVP regimes. Illegal seed multiplication, unauthorised variety use, mislabelling or PVP infringement is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate delisting.
6. Infringement notice ("takedown")
To report content on the Platform that infringes your intellectual property rights, send a written notice to legal@seedmatchgroup.com including:
- Your name, entity, address and contact details;
- Identification of the right allegedly infringed (registration numbers where available);
- URL(s) or precise location of the allegedly infringing material;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury (or equivalent), that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
7. Counter-notice
Affected users may submit a counter-notice to the same address, identifying the removed content, providing contact details and a statement of good-faith belief that removal was mistaken or misidentified.
