SeedMatch catalog

Agricultural inputs and grown produce catalog

Two separate catalogs: inputs a commercial project buys, and produce grown by suppliers. Every listing shows whether supplier documentation is on file; missing details stay marked unverified.

Requests go through SeedMatch Group. Our team reviews each request and coordinates supplier contact; buyers and suppliers are not put in direct contact. The buyer service is free, and projects are qualified from USD 250,000.

Curated collections

Two collections selected by written criteria, not marketing: organic means an official organic rule addresses the input; premium means at least two checkable technology criteria.

    Organic collection

Organic inputs and organic cultivation projects

Compost, organic fertilisers, biological control and soil-grown greenhouse kits — each with the certification condition that must hold in your destination market.

Plan a complete project

Starter kits for greenhouse vegetables, organic soil-grown vegetables, export cherries, export blueberries, hydroponic greens and seedling nurseries list every component, why it is needed and what it depends on. Mix kits with individual product types and generate one RFQ.

Ask the AI buyer advisor

Describe your project in plain words. The AI-powered advisor suggests product types and project kits from this catalogue only, shows where the Organic and Premium collection rules apply, and turns your choice into a shortlist and RFQ draft you review. No suppliers, prices or availability; nothing is sent until you submit the form.

What “organic” means commercially

  • Organic is a regulated claim. Produce or seed is organic only when the grower or operator is certified by a control body recognised in the market where it is sold, such as under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 or the USDA National Organic Program.
  • Certification is market-specific: a certificate valid in one market does not automatically allow organic sale in another.
  • Words such as natural, sustainable, regenerative, eco, pesticide-free or untreated are not organic certification and are never shown as organic on SeedMatch.

What “premium” means commercially

  • Premium has no single legal definition. SeedMatch shows a premium label only when the supplier documents the criteria behind it, such as quality class, size, sugar content or packing.
  • Buyers should write premium as measurable requirements in the request so offers can be compared.

Catalog questions

The inputs catalog covers what a commercial farm or greenhouse project buys — seeds, seedlings, greenhouse systems, irrigation, growing media, plant nutrition, crop protection and equipment. The produce catalog covers fruit and vegetables grown by suppliers for importers, distributors and processors.

Each listing shows its documentation status. “Supplier documentation on file” means our team has reviewed the supplier's documents for that listing; “Unverified” means it has not. Traits, certifications and availability are never presented as confirmed without documentation.

Only when the supplier documents an organic certification with the certifying body and the jurisdiction it applies to, and our team has reviewed it. Words such as natural, sustainable or pesticide-free are not treated as organic.

Use “Start a request” on any category or listing page. The request form opens with your product and requirements filled in. SeedMatch reviews the request and coordinates supplier contact; buyers and suppliers are not put in direct contact, and the buyer service is free.

No. SeedMatch facilitates sourcing; it does not manufacture, sell, export or certify products. Suppliers and exporters remain responsible for product compliance and export requirements.

Suppliers, producers and exporters are responsible for their products meeting product, labelling, certification, phytosanitary and export requirements of the origin and destination countries. A listing does not confirm compliance, availability or suitability.

Availability and the ability to trade depend on the law of each origin, destination and transit country and on the relevant permits and approvals. SeedMatch Group is not a manufacturer, importer, exporter, seller or regulatory approver; requests are reviewed by our team before any commercial introduction. Each participant is responsible for the requirements of its own role under applicable law: suppliers for their products in the origin and destination countries, buyers for their own import permissions and due diligence. We do not guarantee any supplier's compliance. Participant responsibilities · Regulation & restricted items
