Agricultural sourcing service for commercial projects
SeedMatch Group is a human-led agricultural sourcing service. A commercial buyer sends one private brief; a sourcing specialist reviews the crop, country, scale and budget, researches suitable suppliers with support from our proprietary technology, and returns comparable quotes. Buyers use the service free of charge, supplier contact runs through SeedMatch, and projects start from USD 250,000.

How the service works
1. You send one private brief
A farm owner, greenhouse developer, investor or procurement team describes the project: crop, country, site, scale, timeline and budget band.
2. A sourcing specialist reviews it
We check the brief, ask what is missing and turn it into a structured project scope that suppliers can price on the same basis.
3. Supplier research after review
Only once crop, country, budget and project scale are understood do we search for suitable suppliers. Supplier identities stay private until an introduction is appropriate.
4. Comparable offers and managed follow-up
Offers are set out on one scope sheet so you can compare like with like. Supplier introductions are handled manually after project review, and the contract is between you and the supplier you choose.

A good fit
- Professional growers, agribusinesses, agricultural investors, cooperatives and public programmes
- Commercial projects from USD 250,000
- Requirements that are still incomplete and need structuring before suppliers can price them
- Purchases where documents, import rules and delivered cost matter as much as the unit price
Not the right fit
- Retail or small consumer quantities
- Buyers who want to browse open listings and contact suppliers directly
- Anyone seeking guaranteed prices, yields, savings or financing
- Agronomic diagnosis or engineering design — those stay with independent professionals you appoint
