• SeedMatchGroup does not manufacture agricultural equipment, greenhouses, irrigation systems, seed or related infrastructure.
• SeedMatchGroup does not certify suppliers. Any capability descriptions are provided by suppliers or compiled from public information.
• SeedMatchGroup does not guarantee crop performance, yield, irrigation efficiency, greenhouse productivity, equipment suitability, delivery timelines or commercial outcomes.
• All information published on the Platform is intended solely to support procurement planning and informed decision-making.
• Customers remain solely responsible for agronomic evaluation, engineering validation, environmental compliance and commercial due diligence before entering into any agreement with a supplier, contractor or financing partner.

2. Technical and agricultural information disclaimer

Articles, guides, calculators, planning tools, project templates, comparisons and other technical resources published on the Platform are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not replace:

• Professional agronomic or horticultural advice;
• Engineering design, structural or MEP review;
• Environmental, water, soil, phytosanitary or biosecurity assessments;
• Irrigation, drainage, energy or climate-system design by qualified specialists;

• Any financing agreement exists exclusively between the user and the independent financing provider. SeedMatchGroup is not a party to that agreement.

7. Technology-assisted content disclaimer

Portions of the Platform (matching, summaries, translations, agronomic descriptions, calculators and draft documents) may be produced or assisted by automated tools and proprietary technology. Such output may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, is provided for general informational purposes only, and must be independently verified. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, engineering, agronomic or professional advice.

8. Yield, ROI and crop performance disclaimer

Any figures, ranges, benchmarks or projections regarding yield, harvest quality, germination, ROI, IRR, NPV, payback, energy consumption, water usage, capex or opex are illustrative estimates only. Actual results depend on climate, soil, water quality, agronomic practice, genetics, market conditions, execution quality and many other factors outside SeedMatchGroup's control. SeedMatchGroup does not guarantee any outcome.

9. Environmental, biosecurity & phytosanitary disclaimer

Buyers are solely responsible for compliance with local and international environmental, phytosanitary, biosecurity, water, energy, land-use, permitting, chemical-input, worker-safety and waste regulations. SeedMatchGroup makes no representation regarding permissibility, importability or biosecurity status of any seed, plant material, input or system, and disclaims all liability for regulatory outcomes.

10. Third-party content disclaimer

Product listings, images, technical specifications, prices, warranties, agronomic write-ups, certifications, financing indications, and market data displayed on the Platform originate from Suppliers, financing partners or public/third-party sources. SeedMatchGroup does not verify, endorse or warrant such content and disclaims all liability for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

11. Fertilizers, crop-protection products and other agricultural inputs

SeedMatchGroup does not manufacture, formulate, blend, register, certify, store, transport, import, export, apply or sell any fertilizer, crop-protection product, biological, biostimulant, seed treatment, adjuvant or other agricultural input. Any supply of such products is contracted and performed directly between the manufacturer or supplier and the buyer. SeedMatchGroup is not a party to that contract, holds no title to the goods, and receives no product, regulatory or performance obligation under it.

• Manufacturer / supplier responsibility: product composition, guaranteed analysis, purity, contaminant levels, efficacy, shelf life, certificate of analysis, product and establishment registration, hazard classification, safety data sheets, label content and conformity with the law of the country in which the product is placed on the market.
• Buyer responsibility: lawful importation, import permits and customs clearance, verification that the product is registered and permitted in the country of destination and use, storage, handling, application rate and timing, operator and worker safety, residue and maximum-residue-limit compliance in the destination market, environmental and waste obligations, and all agronomic decisions.
• SeedMatchGroup: structures the requirement, runs a confidential supplier-neutral process and facilitates communication. It gives no warranty, express or implied, and makes no representation that any product is registered, importable, compliant, safe, effective or fit for any particular purpose.

Regulatory information published on the Platform — including any regional overview of fertilizer or crop-protection rules — is general orientation only, may become outdated, and is not legal or regulatory advice. Buyers must verify current requirements with the competent authority in each relevant jurisdiction and with their own advisors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeedMatchGroup accepts no liability for product defects, non-conforming consignments, rejected or detained imports, registration failures, residue exceedances, regulatory penalties, crop damage, environmental incidents, delays or supplier insolvency. Any claim must be pursued against the contracting manufacturer or supplier.
