Do I still need an engineer?+
For anything above ~2 ha or with combined heating + cooling + lighting, yes. This tool is an integration checklist, not a replacement for an owner's engineer or EPC.
Can we submit one RFQ or several?+
Both are valid. A single turnkey RFQ transfers integration risk to the EPC; multiple RFQs give price transparency but keep integration risk with the owner. This report shows both paths.
