SeedMatch staff review every registration and offer by hand. We may request additional details before anything moves forward. Nothing is published automatically.
Staff-managed matching
Approved offers become anonymized internal summaries. If a potential match exists, our team manages the conversation. Your identity is disclosed only after staff approval and mutual consent.

- Qualified, platform-managed opportunities start at USD 250,000. Smaller offers are kept private as seller interest and may be considered for internal aggregation — they are not qualified opportunities.
- We do not promise a buyer, a price, delivery, financing or a sale. Registration and review are free for sellers.
- If your crop category does not fit our current platform scope, it is flagged for staff review rather than forced into a category.
Common questions
Who can register as a produce seller?
Commercial growers, producer groups and exporters offering harvested fruits, vegetables, grains and comparable field crops at commercial scale. This channel is only for harvested produce — seeds, fertilizers, irrigation or greenhouse equipment and infrastructure projects use our other procurement services.
Is my company identity made public?
No. There are no public seller listings and no direct buyer messages. Approved offers become anonymized internal summaries, and your identity is disclosed to a potential buyer only after staff approval and your explicit consent.
Is there a minimum offer size?
Qualified, platform-managed opportunities start at USD 250,000 in total contract value (annual or seasonal programmes count toward the total). Smaller offers are kept private as seller interest and may be considered for internal aggregation — they are never routed around the minimum.
What harvest and quality information should I provide?
Crop and variety, origin country and region, harvest season and exact availability window, quantity and units, grade or size, packaging, storage or cold-chain capability, minimum lot, destination and export capability, and the quality documents you actually hold. Everything is recorded as seller-declared until our staff review it — we never imply certifications, stock or export clearance you have not documented.
Does SeedMatch guarantee a buyer, price or sale?
No. Registration and review are free for sellers, but we do not promise a buyer, a price, delivery, financing or a sale, and we do not provide payments, escrow, inspections or logistics. Matching is staff-managed and confidential.
I want to buy bulk produce — where do I start?
Buyers describe their requirement through our standard project request. A sourcing specialist reviews it and manages any conversation with sellers confidentially.
