Define crop, segment, target market and volume; confirm the variety is authorised for sale in the destination country; buy from the breeder or an authorised producer, licensee or distributor; require lot-level documentation; and confirm the import permit and phytosanitary requirements before shipment. Documentation typically includes the seed lot analysis (germination, purity, moisture), treatment declaration, origin, packing details and a phytosanitary certificate. What actually drives the answer
