What counts as greenhouse CAPEX

CAPEX typically covers structural steel/aluminum and glazing, climate control equipment (heating, cooling, ventilation, screens), irrigation and fertigation hardware, automation and control systems, electrical and water utility connection, site preparation and foundations, and installation labour. It excludes recurring operating costs and, usually, land acquisition and working capital.
