The buyer commercial model, stated plainly
Buyers can submit a sourcing request or RFQ without a separate buyer-side sourcing fee. The platform's commercial model is supported primarily by participating manufacturers, suppliers and commercial partners. This does not make the project free: the equipment, works and services are paid for by the buyer under the contract signed directly with the selected supplier.
Financing and payment terms
SeedMatch Group is not a bank, lender, credit provider, insurer or financial adviser and quotes no rates, approvals or commitments. Where a qualified commercial project requires funding, it may be introduced to independent third-party financing providers, who control all eligibility, due diligence, pricing, security, terms and disbursement.
