How many greenhouse quotations will I receive?

SeedMatchGroup targets at least three independent quotations per package where the market and project scale support it. The number is not guaranteed and depends on category, country and timing.

Is the greenhouse RFQ free?

Yes. Buyers are never charged to submit a requirement or receive proposals. Suppliers contract and invoice the buyer directly.

Will my details be shared with suppliers?

Your requirement is normalised before it goes out and supplier identities stay private until you decide to proceed. Nothing is published, listed or sold.

Can I send an RFQ before my design is finalised?

Yes. Mark the undecided items as 'not decided' and a sourcing specialist will structure the open points before suppliers quote. An RFQ with clearly stated unknowns produces more comparable proposals than one with guessed numbers.

Can an AI agent prepare this RFQ?
