For solution providers

For Solution Providers: How Reviewed Agricultural Projects Reach You

Solution providers submit a capability record: products, crops, project-size and region scope, and technical documentation. When a buyer's commercial project has been scoped and reviewed by SeedMatchGroup, and fits that record, the team may invite the provider to respond to a structured RFQ. There are no guaranteed leads, no public directory and no direct buyer contact.

SeedMatchGroup works on the buyer side of commercial greenhouse, irrigation and controlled-environment projects. This page explains, for companies selling to those buyers, what we review, what buyers actually specify, and how to prepare.

Scope: commercial growers, agribusinesses, investors and public programmes, with capital projects from USD 250,000. Home-garden, DIY and retail drip or hydroponic kits are outside scope.

Who this page is for

  • Greenhouse builders and structure manufacturers
  • Climate-control, screening and automation vendors
  • Irrigation, fertigation and water-treatment providers
  • Seed, young-plant and fertilizer companies
  • Ag-IoT, sensor and farm-software suppliers

How a managed RFQ runs

  1. The buyer defines the project: crop, site, area, climate, timeline and budget band.
  2. SeedMatchGroup reviews the brief and clarifies gaps. Projects below scope are declined.
  3. Where the scope fits, the team selects providers whose capability records match.
  4. Invited providers quote one anonymised, structured specification.
  5. SeedMatchGroup normalises responses for the buyer. Communication stays managed throughout.

What to submit

  • Products and services by discipline, with data sheets
  • Crops and climates where your systems already operate
  • Project-size range and regions you can deliver and service
  • Technical documentation: drawings, certificates and standards held, stated accurately
  • Installation, commissioning, training, spares and after-sales arrangements
  • Lead times, Incoterms experience and working languages

What this is not

  • Not a lead-selling service, and no number of RFQs is promised
  • Not a public supplier directory, ranking or paid placement
  • Buyer contact details are not shared; there is no direct buyer-provider contact
  • Not a certification of your products or claims
