What fertigation is
Fertigation is the injection of dissolved fertilizer into an irrigation line so nutrients are delivered with every watering event. It requires a dosing pump or venturi injector, an EC/pH controller for accuracy, and filtration matched to the water source and emitter type.

Filtration and water quality

Under-specified filtration is the most common cause of emitter clogging and yield loss in the first two years of operation.
