SeedMatchGroup is a supplier-neutral platform. We do not manufacture or resell greenhouse equipment — we help buyers specify the project correctly, open one private RFQ to qualified global manufacturers, integrators and EPCs, and match matching financing tracks.

Frequently asked questions

What does this calculator estimate?

Indicative total CAPEX for a commercial greenhouse project and a supplier-neutral breakdown across civil works, structure, irrigation, climate systems, electrical, automation and contingency. It also runs a simple financing scenario (equity + debt, annual debt service) so you can size the funding stack.

How accurate are the numbers?

Directional. Ranges reflect global mid-market pricing for the selected technology tier and region. Final EPC or turnkey pricing depends on site conditions, code compliance, foundation and soil, energy source, automation depth and logistics. Use this to scope the project — a private RFQ to qualified suppliers is the next step.

Is land included?

No. This is a build-cost estimate. Land, water rights, permits, pre-development studies, first-crop working capital and interest during construction are excluded and should be modelled in the feasibility study.

Why a contingency line?

Commercial agriculture projects routinely absorb 8–15% cost overrun on foundations, imported components and connections. Banks and ECAs will not underwrite a project without a visible contingency envelope.

Does SeedMatchGroup recommend suppliers?

No. We are supplier-neutral. Once your CAPEX envelope is set, we open one private RFQ to qualified global manufacturers, integrators and EPCs so proposals arrive comparable.
